Matthew Rance has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew started their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Portsmouth in 2014, where they worked on a study on stereotyping and gained valuable organizational and communication skills. Matthew then moved on to OMD UK in 2015, where they held the positions of Digital Planner and Senior Digital Planner, demonstrating their expertise in digital planning. In 2017, they joined Immediate Media Co as a Commercial Audience Manager, responsible for overseeing commercial data. Matthew later became the Head of Commercial Data and Analytics in August 2023. Throughout their career, Matthew has consistently shown their dedication and expertise in the field of data and analytics.

Matthew Rance completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Digital and Technology Solutions (Data Analytics) at Northeastern University London from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Data Analysis at Multiverse from 2019 to 2021.
