Tim Anderson

Tim Anderson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tim began their career as a Tech Support/General Assistant at Tesco Ireland, where they provided customer service and managed inventory. Tim then worked as an HR Administrator Intern at Manpower Ireland before joining AIB. At AIB, Tim served as an HR Service Advisor, HR Administrator in Recruitment & On-boarding and Employee & Organization Change, and SAP HR Business Analyst - HR Direct. Tim'sresponsibilities included customer query resolution, responding to HR-related queries, providing support for HR initiatives, platform support for SAP HCM, requirements gathering, quality assurance testing, and training materials documentation. Tim's most recent role is at Immedis, a UKG Company, where they have worked their way up from Senior Business Analyst to Product Lead and currently holds the position of Lead Product Manager. In this role, they design new platform features, coordinates with project teams, and ensures data security and compliance.

Tim Anderson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Technological University Dublin, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they have a certification as a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, which they obtained in October 2020.
