Paul Martzke

Paul Martzke, AIA, LEED AP has a diverse work experience in the construction and architecture industry. Paul started their career as an Architect at Butterfield Rudie & Seitz in 1995, where they worked until 1997. Paul then joined Berners Schober as an Architect and Construction Contract Administrator from 1997 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Immel Construction and held various roles, including Director of Business Development from 2008 to 2019, and currently as the President since 2020. As President, Paul is responsible for overseeing company operations, project management, business development, finances, corporate relations, and marketing. Paul remains hands-on during the preconstruction stages of Immel projects. In their previous role as Director of Business Development, Paul was instrumental in developing new business ventures and served as a liaison between Immel's architecture and engineering firm partners. Their vast experience in design and sustainability related construction methods has contributed significantly to Immel's success.

Paul Martzke, AIA, LEED AP obtained a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Following this, they pursued a Master of Architecture from the same institution, completing it from 1995 to 1997. In 1998, they became a Registered Architect in the State of Wisconsin. Additionally, they obtained the LEED Accredited Professional certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, although the specific year of obtaining this certification is unknown.
