Starting as a Store Planning Intern at Shopko and then moving on to work as a Residential/ Commercial Estimator at HJ Martin & Son Inc., Spencer currently holds the position of Estimator at Immel Construction. With a background in architecture, Spencer is skilled in plan review, subcontractor dialogue, strategic planning, and communication with clients and architects.
