Kasper Klausen has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Kasper began their career as a part-time professional football player at BK Skjold from 2003 to 2005 before transitioning to a full-time professional football player at AC Horsens from 2005 to 2008. During their time as a football player, they gained valuable skills in discipline, community, professionalism, and focus.

After their football career, Kasper transitioned into the field of education. Kasper worked as a teacher at Vridsløselille Skole from 2008 to 2009, where they taught mathematics and sports to elementary school students. Kasper also had a role as a teacher at Østerbro ungdomsskole from 2009 to 2013, where they managed two youth badminton teams and focused on teaching basic skills and social relations.

In 2014, Kasper made a career shift into the field of human resources. Kasper started as an HR Intern at Creuna, Scandinavia's largest digital agency, where they were involved in HR operations, recruitment, strategy, and administrative tasks. Kasper later became an HR & Facility Coordinator at Creuna, where they facilitated and developed HR tasks, policies, and activities. Kasper organized and facilitated events and played a role in the company's transformational project.

In 2016, Kasper joined IT Minds as an HR Consultant. Kasper was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including headhunting, screening, interviews, retention policy, onboarding, and offboarding. Additionally, they were responsible for IT Minds Copenhagen's Employer Branding Strategy.

Currently, Kasper works at Immeo P/S as a Talent Attraction Manager. Since joining as an HR Manager in 2018, they have significantly contributed to the growth of the organization, increasing the team by almost 60%.

Kasper Klausen completed their education at Roskilde University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Cand.soc. Their field of study focused on Organisation, Leadership, and Human Resources (HR). Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, they had attended Blaagaard Lærerseminarium, where they completed one year of study. The field of study for this institution is not specified.
