Jacob Furnari

Jacob Furnari is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Immerse, a social education app that brings the excitement and effectiveness of language immersion directly to its members around the world. Jacob has raised $10.4M for the company. Prior to Immerse, Jacob was an Emerging Founder at // Praxis //, a three month incubator where they received mentorship from 20+ domain experts. Jacob was also a Product Manager at XPRIZE, the global leader in solving the world’s Grand Challenges by creating and managing large-scale incentivized prize competitions that create impact in five areas: Learning; Exploration; Energy & Environment; Global Development; and Life Sciences. At XPRIZE, Jacob worked daily with a globally recognized team of social-entrepreneurs to develop prize designs intended to crowdsource solutions to today’s housing and refugee crises. Jacob also managed a team of UX/UI designers building an interactive interface to communicate robust research in a fun and engaging way.

Jacob Furnari has a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Pepperdine University and an Education from Pepperdine University. Jacob was in the Golden Key International Honor Society, George Page Business Scholarship Recipient, Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society Dean's List Cumulative GPA 3.93.
