Pablo Vela

Pablo Vela is a Computer Vision Researcher and Engineer currently working at Immersed, where they research and optimize machine learning models for 3D human pose estimation and room reconstruction. Previously, they served as a research assistant at the University of Florida, contributing to machine intelligence and robotics projects. Pablo has also worked as a Manufacturing Support Technician at Nanotherapeutics, Inc., and mentored students in a self-driving car nanodegree at Udacity. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and completed a nanodegree focused on deep learning and computer vision.
