Lucia Diaz is an experienced architect and project manager with a strong background in renovation and interior design management. Currently serving as Architecte I Chef de Projet at IMMERSION since May 2021, Lucia oversees project management, team organization, client relations, budget management, and subcontractor oversight. Prior roles include project architect at Constructel, where Lucia coordinated construction and plans for network deployment, and Collaborateur Chef de Projet at Outsign, focusing on new developments and rehabilitations. Previous experience includes managing luxury properties at Freeport Mc. Moran and directing real estate development projects at Financière Compartamos. Lucia holds a Master's degree in Design and Innovation from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Grenoble and multiple architectural qualifications from Universidad Nacional de San Agustin de Arequipa, along with project management credentials from Universidad Católica San Pablo.
