Ismail Shabir D.

Ismail Shabir D. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ismail Shabir started their career as a Senior Graphic Designer at Design@Bay from January 2009 to April 2013. Ismail Shabir then joined IBM as a Senior Designer from March 2014 to October 2016, specializing in design and interactive experience. Ismail then moved to Nedbank in August 2017, where they worked on the Digital Fast Lane, Customer Experience, and Service Design until October 2020. Ismail Shabir was then promoted to Head of Business Design, RBB Digital at Nedbank from October 2020 to April 2022. Currently, Ismail is part of the Immersion Group, holding the position of Executive Head: Experience Innovation since April 2022 and is slated to become the Managing Director from March 2023 onwards.
