Chelsea Keefe

Chelsea Keefe serves as the Senior Manager of Customer Experience Operations at Immersive Labs since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Interos Inc as Customer Experience Operations Manager, where Chelsea developed an operational group within the Customer Experience organization, and at Marketo, where accomplishments included recognition in the Marketo Masters Club and winning the Gamechanger Award. Chelsea holds multiple Marketo certifications and has a strong background in managing proposals and sales processes at SDL plc. Chelsea's early career featured coaching experience at Fairview High School and directing tennis camps for youth at the City of Boulder. Chelsea earned a BA in English from the University of Colorado Boulder.
