Alfredo Ibañez began their career in 2004 as an R&D Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space and Alcatel-Lucent. In 2005, they became a Product Engineer at LG Electronics. In 2008, they were promoted to Technical Solution Manager at Vodafone. In 2013, they began working as a Technology Consultant on freelance projects with Thales Avionics, EADS, ARCEP, and Vodafone. Finally, in 2014, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Immfly, where they created the Aerodrome Container Platform, the first Micro-Services oriented Digital platform on board aircraft. Alfredo also achieved overnight installation in Europe with no impact on airline operations.

Alfredo Ibañez began their educational journey in 1997 when they earned an Engineer degree in Telecom: Networks from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). Alfredo then continued their studies at Telecom Bretagne and IMT Atlantique, where they earned a Telecommunications Engineer degree in Mobile Networks and Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, respectively. In 2012, they obtained a Foundation degree in Long Term Evolution Technology from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. In 2017, Alfredo Ibañez achieved a SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
