Aneesh immigrated from India in 1999 and received his PhD in Computer Engineering from University of Maryland at College Park. He started his career as a faculty at State University of New York before transitioning to the Tech Industry. He has held technical leadership positions at various technology companies, currently at Intel Corp.
Aneesh has been active in the community tutoring under-privileged and immigrant kids. He has a passion for social justice and equity and looks forward to contributing towards IRCO’s mission through his years of professional and personal experiences. He enjoys travelling, learning new languages, and interacting with people from different cultures.

The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) is a non-profit organization established in 1974 to serve immigrants and refugees in Portland, Oregon. Since its founding, IRCO has served more than 55,000 people through provision of programs and services that meet needs related to training and employment, health and aging, English language learning, naturalization and adjustment, community development, early childhood, parenting and youth development, education and interpretation and translation.
