Corinne Donohue-Mercier has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2019, they worked as a Political Fundraising and Campaign Intern at Blue Wave Political Partners, where they gained knowledge in political campaigns and handled tasks such as money management and data entry. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Big Buddies Mentor at Pacific Lutheran University, assisting fellow peers in adjusting to university life and creating an inclusive environment. Additionally, they served as a New Student Orientation Guide, providing guidance and leading trainings in academic integrity. In 2020, Corinne worked as a Field Organizer for Washington State Democrats and in 2021, they held the position of Administrative Assistant at Mt. Hood Community College. Currently, since 2022, they are employed as a Human Resources Specialist at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization.

Corinne Donohue-Mercier attended Pacific Lutheran University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies with a focus on International Relations and Affairs. During their time at Pacific Lutheran University, they also pursued a second Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Hispanic Studies. In 2019, they participated in a semester abroad program at Universidad de Granada, where they continued their studies in Hispanic Studies and International Relations. Additionally, in 2017, Corinne Donohue-Mercier took part in a semester abroad program at Oslo Nye Høyskole, focusing on International Relations and Peace and Conflict Studies.
