Lisa Colella Danlly

Lisa Colella Danlly, MSW, currently serves as the Health and Wellness Sector Manager at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization, a role assumed in February 2024. Prior to this position, Lisa held various key roles at Lutheran Community Services Northwest from April 2015 to November 2023, including Director of Refugee and Immigrant Community Integration and Community Based Mental Health Services Program Manager. Additional experience includes facilitating trauma recovery groups at Bradley Angle and serving as a CASA Case Supervisor with CASA for Children of Multnomah & Washington Counties. Earlier roles feature community development and advocacy work, including internships and positions at various organizations such as AWARE and Insights Teen Parent Program. Lisa holds a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Washington University.
