Milica Stanisic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in outreach coordination and refugee services. Currently serving as the Outreach Coordinator for UWC Serbia since March 2020, Milica promotes the United World Colleges network and organizes scholarship selections for talented high school students, particularly focusing on minority groups. Previously, Milica worked with Catholic Charities of Oregon as a Refugee Services Volunteer and Welcoming Communities Coordinator, where partnerships with NGOs were established, and significant resources were procured for refugee clients. Milica also held roles as a Junior Fellow at the Center for International Relations and Sustainable Development and Engagement Intern at Catholic Charities of Oregon. While at Lewis & Clark College, Milica served as President of the International Students of Lewis & Clark College, overseeing a committee and managing a substantial budget, and organized events like the International Fair with considerable participation. Milica holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Lewis & Clark College and has an educational background from UWC Dilijan.

The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) is a non-profit organization established in 1974 to serve immigrants and refugees in Portland, Oregon. Since its founding, IRCO has served more than 55,000 people through provision of programs and services that meet needs related to training and employment, health and aging, English language learning, naturalization and adjustment, community development, early childhood, parenting and youth development, education and interpretation and translation.
