Nicole L. Bogrand is an experienced education professional with a strong background in early childhood and community programs. Currently serving as Assistant Manager for Preschool Programs and Program Supervisor for Healthy Families at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization since January 2021, Nicole has previously held key positions such as Assistant Director and Age Group Coordinator at the U.S. House of Representatives Child Care Center. Other notable roles include Pre-K Lead Teacher at CentroNía, Teacher at DC Prep, and various educational positions focusing on refugee and underserved populations. Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Latin American Studies from Scripps College, along with additional study abroad experience at the Universidad de Granada.
