Thomas Aquinas Debpuur

Thomas Aquinas Debpuur, MRED, currently serves as the Assistant Affordable Housing Manager at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization since May 2023 and as Facilities Program Coordinator for the City of Portland since May 2021. In this latter role, Thomas manages various facilities programs, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, Thomas works as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Real Estate at Portland State University, focusing on affordable commercial spaces in gentrifying areas. With a career that includes roles at the United States Postal Service and notable positions in malaria outreach with USAID and AngloGold Ashanti, Thomas has demonstrated a commitment to community engagement and development.
