Andreana Sarkis

Andreana Sarkis, Esq. is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in immigration and tenant rights law. Currently serving as a Staff Attorney at the Immigrant Defenders Law Center since March 2024, Andreana previously represented tenants facing eviction and public benefits recipients at Legal Assistance Of Western New York, Inc. from June 2020 to March 2024. Prior experience includes debt collection representation as an Associate Attorney at Zwicker & Associates, P.C., and various internships at the Monroe County Public Defender's Office, Prisoners' Legal Services of New York, Albany Law School Clinic & Justice Center, Monroe County District Attorney's Office, and the Supreme Court of the U.S. Andreana holds a Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from SUNY Brockport.
