Astrid Munn is currently an Adjunct Law Lecturer at the University of Nebraska College of Law. Prior to this, Astrid worked as a Lead U/T/VAWA Attorney at the Immigrant Legal Center and as an Associate at The Robert Pahlke Law Group. With a background in journalism and a J.D. specialized in American Indian Law and Immigration Law, Astrid has also held positions such as Immigration Attorney, Field Manager, Canvass Director, and Postgraduate Consultant in various legal and research-related roles. Additionally, Astrid has experience in office coordination, paralegal work, and internships focusing on tribal lobbying goals and strategies.

Immigrant Legal Center continues to assist low-income immigrant individuals and families in Nebraska and southwestern Iowa with free, high-quality immigration legal services, education, and advocacy. The legal team assists immigrants of all faiths, ethnicities, abilities, and ages, with a focus on the most vulnerable—victims of domestic violence,children who have been abused or abandoned, and those who would face persecution if they returned to the nation they fled.
