Andrea Taylor is an experienced language educator with a strong background in teaching English as a second language and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Language Counselor and EAL Instructor at the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia since January 2008, Andrea also holds multiple teaching roles, including English in the Workplace Instructor and Labour Market Language Instructor. Previous positions include Instructor roles at Haldimand Norfolk Literacy Council and East Coast School of Languages, where responsibilities included GED preparation and social activities coordination. Andrea began the educational journey at Carleton University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Allison University, followed by a TESL Certificate from Saint Mary's University and a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Mount Saint Vincent University.
