Cliff MacDonald

Cliff MacDonald is an experienced professional currently serving as the Onboarding Employer Engager at the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia since April 2013. In this role, Cliff organizes and presents orientation sessions to engage rural employers in diversifying their workforce by hiring immigrants, while also promoting various employer support programs and the Atlantic Immigration Pilot. Previous positions at ISANS include Team Lead for Business & Workforce Integration, Coordinator for Employer Engagement, Employer Partnership and Outreach, and Coordinator for the Professional Mentorship Program, showcasing a strong commitment to supporting immigrant integration and collaboration with employers. Cliff's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Family Studies & Gerontology from Mount Saint Vincent University and an Interdisciplinary Studies Diploma from Nova Scotia Community College.
