Darlene MacInnis

Darlene Macinnis has extensive experience in immigrant services, currently serving as the Federal Internship for Newcomers Coordinator and Practice Interview Coordinator at the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia since February 2005. In these roles, Darlene specializes in assessing and coaching newcomer clients in job interviews, executive coaching for government positions, and preparing for Canadian medical school admission interviews. Additionally, Darlene works as a part-time Canadian Language Benchmarks Assessor at Learn English Nova Scotia since January 2010. Darlene's educational credentials include a B.A. in English Literature from Dalhousie University, a Canadian Language Benchmark Assessor certification from ACHEV, a Certificate in Adult Education from Dalhousie University, a Volunteer Management Certificate from George Brown College, and TESL courses from Mount Saint Vincent University.
