Debra Johns is an experienced professional with a strong background in international labour mobility and business development. At the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia since November 2018, Debra serves as a Consultant in International Labour Mobility, leading special projects with the Department of Labour and co-chairing multi-stakeholder working groups focused on International Qualifications Recognition for internationally educated professionals. In addition, Debra works as a Business Development Manager at HomeInstead Senior Care, which enhances the lives of aging adults by providing essential support services. Previously, Debra held the position of VP Operations at Eastern College for nearly two decades. Debra holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Dalhousie University.
