Iris W. has extensive experience in various roles focused on navigation, assistance, and client services. Currently, Iris serves as a Digital Navigator and Team Lead at the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia, while also holding a previous position as a Survey Client Representative at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Prior roles include serving as a Teaching Assistant at Central China Normal University and as a Customer Service Representative at the Kunming Municipal Office, where responsibilities included providing support, coordinating work with departments, and maintaining data accuracy. Iris holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Leadership from Cape Breton University, as well as a Master's degree in Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Administration from Central China Normal University and Yunnan University, respectively.
