Natasha Hillier

Natasha Hillier, MA, PMP has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Natasha most recently worked at the Immigrant Services Society of BC as the Associate Director of Marketing. Prior to that, Natasha held various roles at HSBC Bank Canada, including Head of Customer Strategy & Insights in the Commercial Banking & Global Banking & Markets division, Senior Manager of CMB Marketing, Customer Insights & Research, and Senior Marketing Manager in the Commercial Bank Marketing and Emerging Affluent Segment departments. Natasha also worked at the Canadian Tourism Commission as the Brand Image Manager and at Coast Capital Savings as the Advertising and Branding Manager. Earlier in their career, Natasha was the Manager of Marketing Services at Tourism Vancouver. Natasha's expertise lies in marketing strategy, customer insights, brand management, and marketing communications.

Natasha Hillier, MA, PMP has a diverse educational background. Natasha obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Adler University in 2023. Prior to that, they studied Behavioral Economics at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2022. Natasha's academic pursuits also include Psychology studies at Corpus Christi College and St. Mark's College at UBC in 2021, and Social Media Marketing & Strategy, Introduction to Web Analytics, and Social Media Fundamentals at The University of British Columbia in 2013. Additionally, they hold a Certificate in Internet Marketing from The University of British Columbia, received in 2000.

Natasha has also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills.
