Stephen LeBlanc is an accomplished professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of People, Culture & Inclusion at Immigrant Services Society of BC since June 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen held positions such as Director of Human Resources at PHS Community Services Society from August 2021 to June 2022, and Manager of Human Resources at Fraserside Community Services Society from September 2013 to August 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Program Director at Canadian Mental Health Association - Richmond and Director of Operations at CHIMO Crisis Services. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, both from Dalhousie University.

Through our dedicated staff, volunteers and community partners, we provide settlement, education and employment services for over 25,000 clients every year. ISSofBC is the largest agency of its kind in Western Canada, with targeted programs for refugees, women, children and youth, plus support services in over 45 languages. Our programs and services are available throughout Metro Vancouver, Squamish and the Okanagan.
