Jinn Xiao

Jinn Xiao 肖晶晶 is a dedicated volunteer actively engaged in various support roles, including the Friendly Visiting Program at The Ottawa Hospital and as a Peer Support Worker with the Sexual Assault Support Center of Ottawa, where Jinn completed professional supporter training and provided crisis intervention. Additionally, Jinn volunteers as an Executive Assistant with Immigrant Women Services Ottawa, contributing to document management and administrative support. Previously, Jinn served as a Client Outreach Specialist at YourTherapist Psychotherapy and Counselling, enhancing client engagement and outreach. Jinn's professional background includes roles as a Business Development Manager and Project Manager at Le Vision Pictures, Ltd., and Baidu, Inc., where strategic project management and diversification of revenue streams were key contributions. Jinn holds an Honor B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Engineering in Water Supply and Drainage Engineering from Guangdong University of Technology.
