Celia Cheshire

Celia Cheshire is a seasoned professional in financial management and policy advisory, currently serving as the Manager of Financial Management Advisory Services at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since August 2022. Previously, Celia held various managerial and advisory positions, including Manager of Global Health Security and Senior Policy Advisor at the Public Health Agency of Canada, as well as a Senior Advisor role at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. Additional experience includes positions as a Financial Management Advisor and Senior Financial Advisor at administrative tribunals and the Department of Justice, respectively, and earlier financial roles at the Mental Health Centre Penetanguishene. Celia holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Laurentian University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
