Emily Koller is a seasoned professional in research and policy analysis with extensive experience in immigration and refugee issues. Currently serving as a Corporate Analyst and previously as a Senior Project Officer and Policy Analyst at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since November 2017, Emily has led significant staffing analysis projects. Prior roles include Lead Researcher at Vox Pop Labs for a prominent electoral initiative, and research positions at the University of Toronto and the International Organization for Migration, focusing on migration management and the refugee crisis. Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Western European Studies from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University, complemented by studies in French and Spanish.
