Lillian al-Kadri

Lillian Al-kadri has extensive work experience in the field of organizational design, classification, and human resources. From 2003 to 2020, they held various roles in the Department of National Defence, including Manager of Organization Structure Management, Manager of EX Classification and Org Design, Senior HR Advisor- Classification, and HR Functional Advisor-Classification. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Director COE in Organizational Design and Classification at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.

Lillian Al-kadri completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa, graduating in 2005. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Organization Development Fundamentals Certificate from Queen's University IRC in April 2021. Lillian also received the Accreditation in Classification from the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat in 2006, as well as the Hay Plan certification from Korn Ferry in the same year.
