Saida Azzaoui

Saida Azzaoui is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management and communication. Currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since September 2020, Saida has held roles including Acting Deputy Registrar and Registry Officer. Prior to this, Saida worked as an Assistant Sales Director at Holt Renfrew Ogilvy and Customer Experience Manager at Hudson's Bay Company. With early experience as a journalist at Radio Centre Ville and the Qatar News Agency, as well as in translation roles at the Societe Nationale de Radiodiffusion et Television Marocaine, Saida has cultivated a strong skill set in communication and customer service. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International and Intercultural Communication from Université du Québec à Montréal and a Bachelor's degree in Translation from Ecole Superieure Roi Fahd de Traduction.
