Zeerak Fayiz

Zeerak Fayiz is an experienced UX Designer currently working at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since September 2022. Prior to this role, Zeerak held similar positions at Athlon and ZARA SA, and previously worked as a UI/UX Designer at BITLogix (Private) Ltd, where client needs and goals were addressed through research and stakeholder interviews. Academic qualifications include a Master’s of Digital Transformation & Innovation focused on User Experience Design from the University of Ottawa, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Interactive Media Arts from New York University. Notably, Zeerak has also contributed as a Research Associate in TEE & User Experience at New York University Shanghai, where proficiency in designing user-friendly experiences was demonstrated through workshops and A/B testing sessions. Additional internships and leadership roles reflect a robust foundation in design and education within the UX field.
