We work with businesses and start-ups seeking temporary (non-immigrant visas like E1, E2, E3 etc) and permanent (immigrant) visas for specialty occupation employees (O1, H1B), intra-company transferees (L1), Investors including EB-5 and other work-related reasons, including changes of employer, extensions of stay, changes of status, PERM labor certifications, lawful permanent residence (green cards), consular and immigrant visa processing, and naturalization applications. We work with individuals and families pursuing U.S. lawful permanent residence for their spouses, children, parents, and other family members. Our practice includes work authorization, naturalization, waivers, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) We also assist people escaping persecution from their home countries and help them with their Asylum applications, U-Visa, VAWA etc.
