Helen C. Hutchison Adams

Helen C. Hutchison Adams has a long and distinguished career in the corporate world. In 2021, they were appointed Board Member and Audit Committee Chair of Prometheus Biosciences, Inc. and Lead Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair of Immix Biopharma, Inc. Helen C. Hutchison was also a Partner at Deloitte and Haskell & White LLP, retiring in 2013. In 2014, they were appointed Board Chair of Women Corporate Directors, a global membership organization. Helen C. Hutchison also served as a Board Member of Athena San Diego Scholarship Foundation in 2013, California State University at San Marcos Foundation in 2010, LRAD (formerly American Technology Corporation) in 2010, and Genasys Inc. in 2010, where they served as Audit Committee Chair, Board and Compensation Committee Member.

Helen C. Hutchison Adams attended San Diego State University from 1977 to 1982, where they earned a BS in Accounting. Helen C. Hutchison then attended Columbia Business School for an Executive Management Program in Business. Helen C. Hutchison also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the California Society of CPAs/CalCPA Education Foundation.
