Graham Ridgway acts as IMMJ Systems Non-Executive Chairman. Graham is a highly accomplished software company board member and advisor focused on helping businesses achieve their goals. This is underpinned by a very successful contemporary software CEO career where he demonstrated strong and proven track record of buying, growing and developing international technology businesses and enhancing shareholder value.

Graham brings his extensive expertise together with strong analytical skills to advise, guide, mentor and direct boards, investors, business leaders and innovators.

Originally from a programming background, Graham’s early career was centred on product management and development, innovating and building enterprise software products. This was followed by focussing on business development and building operations, sales, marketing and pre-sales go to market teams. This culminated in over 20 years at MD and CEO level successfully building shareholder value through acquisition, strong organic market development and growth.

When not working with technology businesses he spends his spare time tinkering with classic cars and is an accomplished and fiercely competitive club-racer.
