Paul Hadfield

Paul Hadfield has worked in various software development roles since 2012. Paul began their career at BrainJuicer as a Software Development Manager and Technical Team Leader. In 2013, they moved to Advent IT as a Software Development Manager. In 2014, they joined Schoolcomms as an Engineering / Software Development Manager and then moved to ParentPay in 2018 as a Principal Architect. In 2018, they also worked as a Technical Lead at Coverwise Ltd. and as a Lead Developer at Automation Squared Ltd. In 2021, they joined CyberOwl as a Front End Tech Lead and in 2022 they became a Full Stack Lead Developer at Digital Theatre. Currently, they are the Software Developer Team Lead at IMMJ Systems.

Paul Hadfield attended Crawley College from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained an HNC in Mechanical Production Engineering. In 2018, they obtained a SAFe 4 Practitioner Exam certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
