Alex D. is an experienced investment strategist currently serving as the Head of Investment Strategy in Germany for IMMO since September 2022, where responsibilities include developing the company's German business and aligning investment strategies with institutional capital. Previously, Alex held the position of Head of Special Projects and later Head of Capital Markets at Divvy Homes, contributing to the structuring of over $800 million in credit facilities and supporting the organization’s mission to enhance homeownership access in the United States. Before that, Alex spent over a decade at Barclays Investment Bank as a Director in Leveraged Finance and High Yield Syndicate, advising on capital structures and transaction financing for public companies and private equity sponsors in both the US and Europe. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History (Honors) from Williams College and attended Burke Mountain Academy.
