Chetan Singh

Chetan Singh serves as the Associate Director of Acquisitions & Capital Markets at IMMO since September 2023, following a role as an Associate in Real Estate Private Equity at Goldman Sachs from November 2019 to September 2023. Prior experience includes a position as a Financial Analyst at Oxane Partners Limited, where Chetan specialized in financial analysis across multiple asset classes and managed alternative assets valued at approximately €100 million. Additional experience includes a summer internship as a Business Analyst at Health Care at Home India Pvt Ltd, where Chetan developed an automated feedback system and a Microsoft Power BI dashboard, and a research internship at RPG Life Sciences Ltd., delivering cost savings on a significant project. Chetan holds an Integrated Dual Degree in B.Tech in Process Engineering with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, completed in 2018.
