Mariyam is Head of Strategic Finance at IMMO Capital with over 10 years of investment banking and capital raising experience. Having previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Mariyam was located in key financial capitals across the world, advising blue chip companies and founder-led startups on M&A and capital raising transactions. She advised on transactions worth $20+ billion over the span of her time in Goldman Sachs. Mariyam has tremendous experience in executing capital raising transactions including investor targeting, positioning, marketing, valuation & structuring, diligence and final deal negotiations.
