Sandani Silva

Sandani Silva is an experienced quality control microbiology professional with a diverse background in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as the Quality Control Microbiology Manager at ImmPACT Bio since February 2023, Sandani has previously held leadership positions at Instil Bio as QC Microbiology Group Lead and Sr. QC Analyst - EM Lead, as well as roles at Kite Pharma, Atara Biotherapeutics, Astellas Pharma US (Agensys), and United Pharma LLC. Throughout the career, responsibilities have included creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, providing subject matter expert support for environmental monitoring, and overseeing microbiological testing and training programs. Sandani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from UC Irvine, earned in 2010.
