Hila Shilon

Hila Shilon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, talent development, and education in STEM fields. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Immunai since May 2023, Hila previously held significant roles at PayPal, including Chief of Staff and Head of Business Operations for Global Analytics and Data Sciences, where leadership of business operations for a global organization and management of talent development programs were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes managing outreach programs at Stanford University, leading STEM education projects at the Davidson Institute, and teaching specialized curricula for gifted students. Hila's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science and a Certificate in Teaching Gifted Students from Tel Aviv University.
