Sean Murphy is a computational biology scientist currently serving as a Senior Computational Biologist at Immunai since 2025. Previously, Sean was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine from 2021 to 2025. Sean earned a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University between 2015 and 2020, where they were recognized with a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship and an American Heart Association Predoctoral Fellowship. Sean also gained valuable experience as a Research Intern in the Chemistry Group at Seattle Genetics in 2014 and held various internships, including a Business Development Intern at Knotis in 2012 and a Microsoft Apprentice Program Intern from 2010 to 2011.
