Satshil Rana

Satshil Rana is a Senior Computational Biologist I at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, with experience in developing and maintaining large-scale bioinformatics pipelines for various cancer genomics projects, having processed over 200,000 patient samples, and leading validation efforts with the NY State Department. Prior roles include Computational Biologist II and Computational Biologist at Seton Hall University, where responsibilities included server administration and the design of research-oriented computer infrastructure. Satshil Rana holds a Master of Science in Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, both from Seton Hall University.
