Penny Dong

Vice President, Project and Alliance Management at Immune-Onc Therapeutics

Penny Dong, PhD., has over 20 years of experience in the biotechnology industry. Penny began their career in 1997 as an Applications Manager at Applied Biosystems. In 2003, they moved to Roche Molecular Systems as a Project Manager. In 2006, they joined Genomic Health as a Sr. Program Manager of the Breast Cancer Program. During their time there, they were responsible for leading the breast strategy team, managing the Oncotype Dx product lifecycle, and overseeing the development and commercial activities of the product and its extensions. In 2008, they began working at Genentech/Roche as a Sr Project Manager. In 2017, they joined BeiGene as a Sr Director of Project Management. Most recently, in 2021, Penny began working as the Vice President of Project and Alliance Management at Immune-Onc Therapeutics.

Penny Dong has a Doctorate in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Penny also has a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from Fudan University. Additionally, they have experience from the Institute of Cell Biology.
