Michelle Huffaker

Michelle Huffaker's work experience includes various roles and positions in both academic and medical settings. Michelle is currently working at the University of California, San Francisco as the Director of Translational Medicine since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director of Translational Medicine at the same institution from June 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining the University of California, San Francisco, Michelle worked at the Immune Tolerance Network as the Director of Clinical Trial Physician since June 2022, and previously as the Associate Director of Clinical Trial Physician from July 2020 to July 2022.

Prior to their roles in clinical trial management, Michelle worked as an Allergist at ALLERGY & ASTHMA MEDICAL GROUP OF THE BAY AREA, INC. since September 2017.

Their earlier experience includes a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Stanford University School of Medicine from July 2015 to June 2017. Michelle also served as a Hospitalist/Nocturnist at Brigham and Women's Hospital from July 2014 to June 2015, and as an Internal Medicine Resident at the same hospital from June 2011 to June 2014.

Michelle Huffaker attended Princeton University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology. Following this, they enrolled at Harvard Medical School from 2007 to 2011, completing their education with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
