Christian Alaia

Christian Alaia is a finance professional with extensive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). Currently serving as Senior Director of FP&A at Immuneering Corporation since June 2021, Christian previously held the role of Director of FP&A at Gilead Sciences from November 2020 to June 2021, supporting both Commercial and General & Administrative functions. Prior to Gilead, Christian was a Manager of FP&A at Immunomedics from August 2018 until its acquisition in November 2020. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Financial Analyst at Sanofi and Senior Accounting Specialist at SaxBST. Christian began a career in finance as a Financial Services Intern at BST Financial and Management Consultants. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University at Albany.
