Lucille Lam

Lucille Lam has extensive experience in the tech industry, starting with their role as an Account Executive at Translations.com in 2006. Lucille then moved on to become the Director of Special Projects at the same company, where they managed a team of 20+ and was responsible for full-cycle recruiting of over 300 strategic hires globally. In 2013, they joined Google as a Google+ Marketing specialist, where they developed social content strategies and partnerships with the company's top 100 clients.

In 2014, Lucille Lam became an Admissions Manager at General Assembly, where they were responsible for interviewing and admitting the top selected students into their Web Development Immersive course. Lucille then joined Stride Consulting as their Head of Talent, where they built their HR & Recruiting processes from scratch and was responsible for full-cycle recruiting & hiring of engineers.

In 2016, Lucille Lam moved on to become a Recruiting Manager at Warby Parker, where they managed their technology & corporate recruiting operations and team of recruiters. Lucille then joined Open Forest as their Head of Talent Acquisition & Management for an Investment Fund in China, where they hired core team members in new markets across Asia, built all recruiting processes and systems from scratch, and designed and implemented performance review, compensation review, and on-boarding/termination systems.

Most recently, Lucille Lam joined Immunefi as their Head of Talent in 2021. Immunefi is the leading bug bounty and security services platform for crypto, which features the world’s largest bounties and the first ever operational bug bounty protocol. In their role, they help guard over $100 billion in user funds across projects like Synthetix, Chainlink, SushiSwap, PancakeSwap, Bancor, Cream Finance, Compound, Alchemix, Nexus Mutual, and others.

In addition to their work experience, Lucille Lam has also been a Recruitment Consultant since 2020, where they specialize in recruiting for tech talent and helps clients with everything recruiting. Lucille invests their time and energy into creating deep trusting relationships with their clients and candidates, and is rigorous with using data to measure output and improve processes.

Lucille Lam obtained a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from the University of Florida between 2002 and 2006. Lucille also obtained a B.S. and B.A. in Advertising and East Asian Studies from the University of Florida between 2002 and 2006. In 2005, they studied abroad at Beijing Language and Culture University, focusing on Mandarin. In 2004, they studied abroad at Fudan University, also focusing on Mandarin.
