Cynthia (Cindy) Hession, MS

Cynthia (Cindy) Hession, MS has been working in the research field since 2011. Cynthia (Cindy) began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, before becoming a Graduate Research Assistant and Laboratory Manager at the same institution from 2014 to 2015. Cindy then moved to the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, where they served as a Research Associate I and II from 2015 to 2018. Cynthia (Cindy) then worked as a Research Associate II at Celsius Therapeutics from 2018 to 2020, before becoming a Senior Research Associate at Repertoire Immune Medicines in 2020. Cindy currently holds the role of Associate Scientist at Immunitas Therapeutics.

Cynthia (Cindy) Hession, MS completed a Graduate Certificate in Project Management at Northeastern University in 2022. In 2017, they took Graduate Courses in Developmental Biology and Neurobiology at Harvard Extension School. From 2014 to 2015, they earned their Master of Science in Applied Molecular Biotechnology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. From 2010 to 2014, they earned dual Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and Microbiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In 2012, they completed a Junior Year, Fall Semester Abroad in Irish Cultural Studies at University College Cork.
