Edwin Abedi

Edwin Abedi is currently the Associate Director of Quality & Regulatory Compliance at ImmunityBio, Inc., where they lead quality initiatives and compliance strategies. Edwin's previous experience includes roles at PolyPeptide Group as Manager of Quality Assurance - Operations and at Shire as Quality Engineering Associate III, where they significantly improved production processes and compliance. They began their career in quality and research positions at companies such as Baxalta, Baxter BioScience, and Abbott Diabetes Care, demonstrating expertise in quality engineering, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. Edwin holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, as well as Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley.
