Regan Lauer

Regan Lauer is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in accounting and finance. Currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer at ImmunityBio, Inc. since November 2021, Regan previously held the role of Corporate Vice President Accounting at Progenity, Inc. from October 2019 to November 2021. Regan's prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and CFO, as well as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Silvergate Bank, where leadership spanned from February 2013 to April 2019. Regan’s career also includes a significant tenure at Banc of California from April 2000 to December 2012 as Principal Accounting Officer and Controller, overseeing substantial asset growth and managing accounting functions during an IPO. Earlier in the career, Regan worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte, where management of various audit engagements was key. Regan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Louis University.
